Breakaway is a highly motivating course for young teenagers learning English. It is easy to teach and easy to learn from.
Breakaway is a three stage course with an optional fouth stage for consolidation. At each stage there is a 90-hour Students Book supported by a Teachers Book and a Cassette. Each stage con be exponded by 30 hours with the addition of the optional Workbooks.
Breakaway presents, practises and consolidates language through texts and communicative activities which reflect the interests and environment of young teenagers. Language items are thoroughly recycled and a careful balance of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills is maintained throughout the course.
